Your first year is covered. Standard .co.ke domain, basic hosting, HTTPS and one business email. The domain is registered in your name.
Annual renewal cost confirmed in your quote before work begins.
- Up to 5 pages and 20 entries
- Up to 5 mobile-friendly pages and 20 simple product or service entries. I’ll organise the photos, facts and copy you provide.
- Contact buttons and an enquiry form
- WhatsApp and call buttons, location and opening hours. One enquiry form with up to 5 fields, connected to your Google Sheet and one email address when configured.
- Search, sharing and business profile setup
- Basic search setup, social sharing previews and visitor analytics. Setup or tidy-up of one eligible Google Business Profile, with verification completed by you.
- 2 revisions and 30 days of support
- 2 consolidated revision rounds, then 30 days of fault support and 2 small updates to existing text, prices or images.
What’s outside this package: online checkout or payments, booking systems, customer accounts, custom backends, photography, logo design and ongoing SEO. Tailored quote flows are outside the KSh 12,500 package.

Will there be an annual fee?
Yes. The first year of a standard .co.ke domain, basic hosting and one business email is included. The supplier and annual renewal amount will be confirmed in your quote before you pay. Premium domains and paid third-party subscriptions cost extra.
What do I need to provide?
Your business name, services or products, prices where relevant, photos, contact details, location and hours. I’ll organise what you provide into clear website content. You’ll also need to provide any required account access.
Can customers pay or book online?
This package helps customers browse and enquire. Online payments, checkout, live availability and booking systems are not included. We’ll check your needs before you commit.
How soon can the website be live?
The target is 3–5 working days once I have your deposit, materials and access, with timely feedback. Google Business Profile verification follows Google’s timeline and does not hold up the website launch.
What happens after launch?
You get 30 days of support for faults in the delivered website, plus 2 small changes to existing text, prices or images. New pages, features and further updates are quoted separately.
Will my website appear first on Google?
There is no ranking guarantee. Basic search setup and help with one eligible Google Business Profile are included. You complete the profile verification; ongoing SEO is outside this package.
